A Florida Highway Patrol trooper investigating a wrecked car on Interstate 95 Monday did not notice the crash’s victim, dead in a ditch near the highway.
The body of Delvin Lewis, 29, of Fort Lauderdale, was found the next day by his girlfriend, according to the FHP.
