The Build
FishIntel ingests government satellite data — sea surface temperatures, ocean currents, chlorophyll concentrations, salinity, sargassum coverage — and runs it through AI analysis to produce daily fishing condition reports. The platform includes a dashboard with zone monitoring, chart image analysis, a weed line tracker, and Stripe-powered subscriptions from $19-99/month.
Built on Astro 6 with server-side rendering, Supabase auth and database, Stripe billing, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. The entire data pipeline runs on free government APIs — 97% margin SaaS.
