Hungry Tarpon Restaurant
Brand identity and website for the legendary cafe at Robbie's Marina — same era as the Robbie's build, same Florida Keys energy.
The Challenge
Hungry Tarpon is a Florida Keys institution — breakfast, lunch, and dinner tucked into Robbie’s Marina, the kind of place locals queue alongside tourists and nobody minds the wait. When the Robbie’s project came together, the restaurant needed its own identity and website — separate from the marina but on the same property and built in the same window.
The Build
Brand first. Wordmark, voice, a visual identity that looks like it grew out of the dock instead of being designed somewhere far away. Then WordPress, configured for what a working restaurant actually needs: menus the staff can update without a developer in the loop, hours that flex with the seasons, photo galleries from the dining room and the kitchen, plus the basics — directions, parking, “yes we do takeout.”
The Result
A brand that’s recognizable on the Overseas Highway long before you read the sign, and a website that’s been running steadily since launch.
