Your Google data, read every morning.
With the fix written out.
Search Monitor connects to your Search Console and Analytics, pulls fresh numbers every day, and turns them into a short list of what to do next. Every suggestion shows the numbers behind it and a brief you can hand to your developer or paste into an AI coding assistant.

Your numbers, read every morning
Clicks, impressions, position and click-through from Search Console, plus visits and customer actions from Analytics, against the previous 28 days and the same time last year. Twelve months of history load on day one.
// daily
A Growth Advisor that shows its work
A short list of what to do next, sized to your traffic: searches just below the top three, pages that show up but never get clicked, questions your site could answer. Every card carries the numbers behind it and a brief you can copy to your developer or an AI coding assistant.
// weekly
New titles, already written
For pages Google shows but nobody clicks, our own AI model drafts a better title and description from the searches that page actually earns. It runs on our own hardware, and every draft is checked for length before you see it.
// weekly
What the AI assistants say about you
We ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, each with web search on, the questions your customers ask, then show who they named, who they linked and which competitors they recommended instead.
// weekly
Site health, the way a crawler sees it
Up to 30 of your pages, read the way Google and the AI crawlers read them: broken pages, pages set to noindex, AI bots blocked in robots.txt, missing or duplicate titles, structured data, mobile setup, thin and slow pages.
// daily
The searches you want to win
Pick the searches that matter to your business, or take our suggestions. Positions update every day with 90 days of history from the moment you add one, and a slip of three places becomes a card on your list.
Honest numbers, labeled as such
Every figure says where it came from: measured by Google, or calculated from what Google measured. Nothing is invented to fill a chart, and a search that did not bring up your site shows as "not showing", not a made-up position. Suggestions you mark done come back if the numbers still flag them three weeks later.

Questions
What does Search Monitor need access to?+
Read-only access to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics, granted on Google's own consent screen. It can read your numbers. It cannot change your site, your Google settings, or anything else, and you can disconnect at any time.
Which Google account should I connect with?+
The one that manages your site in Search Console. It can be different from the account you sign in with. When you connect, Google asks which account to use, and we check right away that it can see your site. If it can't, nothing is saved and we tell you how to find the right one.
How is this different from just looking at Search Console?+
Search Console shows you numbers. Search Monitor reads them for you every day, compares them with the month before and the year before, and tells you what to do about them: which searches are close to the top three, which pages show up but never get clicked, which titles to rewrite and what to rewrite them to.
Does it work on any website?+
Any site verified in Google Search Console: WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, hand-built, anything. Google Analytics is optional; connect it and you also get visits and customer actions.
What happens when the free trial ends?+
The trial covers one site for seven days with every feature on, and no card. When it ends, daily collection pauses but your report stays readable. Choose a plan and everything picks up where it stopped.
What does the Growth plan need from me?+
Growth includes changes applied for you, with your approval. That needs access to your site's code (GitHub or similar) so we can build and deploy. We set that up with you after checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Billing runs through Stripe; Manage billing on your account page lets you change plan, change the number of sites, update your card or cancel. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
What happened to the AI Crawler Access Monitor?+
It grew into this. Checking whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini can crawl your site is now one of the weekly Site health checks, alongside everything else on this page.
