The Challenge
ST Sparks built half a century of reputation the slow way, multi-story homes, commercial buildouts, and historic restorations from Key Largo to Marathon, but the digital footprint didn’t match. Searches for Keys general contractors surfaced newer outfits with thinner résumés. The brief: turn five decades of trust into a site that survives the first scroll.
The Build

LocalBusiness schema in the layout, sitemap plugin, structured metadata for the Upper Keys service area, and copy that leads with the things that actually close trades work: veteran-owned, twice the state-required liability insurance, license number, direct phone.
